Hydrophobic PTFE filter-NWF series fitler cartridge applies hydrophilic polytetrafluoroethylene filter membrane as filter medium, which is applicable for pre-filer of gases and solutions and filter of termainal sterilization. Polytetrafluoroethylene filter membrane has strong hydrophobicity and it has 3.75 times of water erosion resistance than general PVDF. It is suitable for gases filter and pre-filter, and sterilization filter of solvents and solutions. This kind of filter cartridge is widely used in pharmarceutical, food, chemical engineering, and electronics fields. Excellent heat resistance can emdure repeatedly many times of online steam sterilizer or high pressure sterilizer. Filter catridge has high retiention rate, high guarantee and long service life.
It has high sterilization safety. When using in gases filer, it can maintain 100% filter efficiency even in damp environment. Liquid filter precision is 0.2 μm. In gas: single layer: less than0.01μm，double layers: less than 0.003μm;
